What are your payment options?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal are all accepted!

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping applies to U.S only deliveries. Your "sub-total" of the order needs to be $50 or more in order to enjoy free shipping.


When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing the order. Most packages will be shipped the same day if the order was placed before 3:00PM PST Monday – Friday.

Unfortunately, at this time we don't ship orders on weekends and holidays. Sorry, but we’ll have to be Bastards for this one. Deliveries to P.O. Box and APO/FPO Military Addresses will not be accepted.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the following destinations at this time only. All International orders will be delivered via USPS Express Mail International except Canada.

Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Philippines, Switzerland, United Kingdom

* Canada Note: Delivers to all destinations via UPS (UPS Standard to Canada)

* Australia Note: Delivers to all destinations except Lord Howe Island and the Australian Antarctic territories.

* France Note: Delivers to all locations in France, Corsica, and Monaco are served.

* Japan Note: Delivers to all locations including Okinawa

* United Kingdom Note: Delivers to all points in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark, and the Isle of Man.

Please Note for International Shipments: All buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. We will not accept returns resulting from a recipient's refusal to pay any of these fees. We are also not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.



 

What are your shipping rates?

Rates depend on how many items you have ordered and the total weight. During the ordering process, you will see the actual shipping rate for your order.

What is the status of my order?


After your order has been shipped, you will receive two emails: 1) order confirmation 2) shipment status. You will receive a tracking number. 1) Click on the link within the e-mail 2) You can go to www.ups.com to track your order.
You can go to USPS to track all international orders except Canada.

   


What shipping carrier do you use?

We use UPS for Domestic shipping. USPS Express Mail International is used for all International orders except Canada. Canada utilizes UPS (UPS Standard to Canada).

What is your return policy?


Bastard & Friends is committed to providing satisfaction to all of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in its unused, unwashed, unworn and original condition along with the tags, packaging and return/exchange form within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange providing that the item is still available. You will be contacted if the item in exchange is out of stock. Merchandise received after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Due to some of our limited edition items (IE, Scenario Based Shirts) exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Numbered items for example, that show “1 of a lucky…” cannot be exchanged for the same numbered item since they are all numbered differently and sequentially.

You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier that will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. We are not responsible for any lost or destroyed packages being returned to us. Packages must be returned prepaid. Sorry, but unfortunately do not accept COD.


* Important Note: We reserve the final approval on all Returns and Exchanges. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item(s) were damaged or you received the wrong item(s).

How do I make a return?

Please fill out the Return and Exchange form. If you have any questions regarding the return process, please call 1.888.366.8230 and speak with our staff within 14 days of your purchase date. They will be able to further assist any questions/concerns you may have. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader if you are have trouble viewing return form.

   

Is your site secure?

Of course! We use the latest encryption technology (Secure Sockets Layer/SSL) to ensure that the personal information our online visitors provide to us is safe and secure.

   

How is my information used when I place an order or subscribe to your mailing list?

We will not be Bastards and solicit any of your personal information to anyone else. Your information will only be used for fulfilling and processing the order. We may use your information to contact you regarding questions about your order, if need be.

When you order, subscribe, complete a survey or participate in any of our contests or promotions on our site, we will use the information you provided to send you email regarding products, services or other contests and promotions as well as special announcements that we think may be of interest to you.

   

Can I opt-out from your mailing list?

No! You are forever locked in. Just joking…simply send an email to unsubscribe@bastardandfriends.com and place "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
